In November, Ella and I were invited to visit our good friends~ the B's: Bernita, BreAnna, and Bianca. We had a fabulous time touring the sites, and seeing how our new found desert dwelling friends live.

So, in early October, we made the pilgrimage to the Mecca of all childhood commerical theme parks...the Disneyland! We met my brother, Elijah, and his wife from Washington there. Ella loved being atop Uncle E's 6ft+ shoulders, or holding his hand most of the time. Zac sported his Heeleys, and glided around whenever security was not looking. We had 5 full days there, so we were able to really abuse our feet, and take in everything we wished to do and see. We discovered that the Di Tommaso kids are huge thrill ride seekers, and something has changed within the inner ear of we, parents, which makes any subtle swinging motion nauseating! Thank you, pharmaceuticals! On our last day, for the grand firework finale, Zac and Ella were chosen out of a sea of tourists, to assist the fire dept. with testing the wind conditions prior to the event. Ella released a singe white balloon, which floated over the castle, and Zac got to radio a report to the Anaheim fire dept. We felt like we won a sweepstakes or something! (actually, I thought I was going to be arrested for committing some unknown Disneyland faux pas...it was me to be considered here)
